Refund Policy

Refunds & Returns

We hope you love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to put things right.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

If your candle arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

Candles must be returned at the buyers cost.
